April 7 - April 12

EUROPE WEEK AT CAROLINA

AN EXPLORATION OF THE EU AND CONTEMPORARY EUROPE’S PEOPLE, PLACES, AND POLITICS | APRIL 7-12, 2019
We hope you are able to join us for Europe Week 2019 at Carolina! An initiative of the UNC-CH Center for European Studies, the series brings together students, academics, and community members to examine, eat, drink, debate, and share knowledge on contemporary Europe and the EU. The coming films, art and public talks will spark discussions on social justice, the transatlantic relationship and contemporary culture in the EU. Student performances, photos and community stories will showcase local connections to Europe. Keep an eye out for updates on the 2019 lineup of thought, food and food for thought!

Submit your essay for our EU Today Essay Contest! The deadline is February 15. Visit the EU Today Essay Contest event page for the prompt and full information.
