Ethical Leadership: Staying the Course During Difficult Times
As our society faces more complex problems globally, leaders encounter challenges and obstacles that can not be solved alone. It requires society to solve problems together and openly in order for organizations to survive and advance in their fields. This year’s forum will have speakers who are leading their organizations using practical strategies that can help any leader succeed during difficult times with an ethical framework. From large organizations to small businesses, leading ethically will keep one ahead and help them stay the course during such times like our society continues to face today.
The Shelton Leadership Forum is a nationally recognized event heading into its 18th successful year. The event welcomes participants from all over North Carolina as well as from surrounding states for a day focused on practical lessons in values-based leadership. Networking opportunities are plentiful with an audience of corporate and emerging leaders. Our speakers include innovators from across the business and education communities. The Forum includes engaging presentations plus lunch and networking breaks.
The Shelton Leadership Forum is offered through the Shelton Leadership Center and administered by the NC State Office of the Provost. As Executive Director, General H. Hugh Shelton is committed to developing values-based leaders and bringing together intergenerational audiences from diverse professional backgrounds in order to create a more dynamic dialogue.
